Access IT Department

After exploiting friend J**, i have found network-secret.txt and unlocked IT Department both from OSCP Panel and Forum.

I have the ip list but cannot access those ip. I can neither ping it not do enumeation scan.

Am i missing some congiguration chnage , please help.
