Doesn't it provide English subtitles for video courses?

Are there English subtitles for the video course? Or is there an English subtitle script? Please. There are a few parts that are difficult to understand in English.

You can do it if you install node.js.

sudo apt install npm
cd into the videos folder that has server.js in it
node server.js
browse to [URL]http://localhost:3000[/URL]

Then look for the "CC" subtitles button.to the right of the volume slider.
